For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
We offer a customer friendly return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the specified return window from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Certain products such as digital resources and personal care items may not be eligible for return.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fair Smart Shop regarding your use of the Site and purchases, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
