Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, with tags, and the original packing slip. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 business days after RMA approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Return labels are only provided if we shipped the wrong item. Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged by normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery and are eligible for exchange only, not refund. Christmas items are non-refundable and may be exchanged only if damaged upon arrival. Clearance items are non-refundable and may be exchanged only if damaged; damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery. For lost domestic U.S. packages, we will reship if they are lost in transit. If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered delivered, and no reshipment will be processed. A courier claim may be requested within 2 business days with a case number, agent name, and required ID verification. International orders may take up to 60 days for delivery. Lost international packages are not refundable. If eligible, a claim may be filed with proof from the local post office, a police report if required, and the recipient ID. Claim processing may take up to 120 days. If approved, we will reship the package. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, paying any customs duties, and collecting packages when pickup notices are issued. Refused or uncollected packages are not eligible for refund or reshipment. Orders outside the continental USA may ship from an international warehouse. If U.S. stock is unavailable, items may also ship from our international warehouse.
